HP OfficeJet 6310 Review

hp-officejet-6310The HP OfficeJet 6310 All-in-One is prefect for the small off as it comes with fax, built-in networking, and an automatic document feeder (ADF). The 6310 can be used as a stand-alone printer via USB if required, there are two USB 2.0 ports for those digital cameras with PictBridge mode. Video captures can be printed as long as the image files include JPEG, TIFF, MPEG-1, AVI and Quicktime. If your still or video camera doesn’t support these file types or memory cards, then you can save them to your computer first and then convert them using the supplied HP Photosmart software, which is the principal software for all scanning jobs.

The faxes are scanned on the flatbed scanner or via the ADF, faxes can be sent at a rate of 3ppm and up to eight received faxes can be stored in memory.

The print speeds are 30ppm (pages per minute) for monochrome and 24ppm for colour, with a maximum resolution of 4,800dpi.

One review on cnet.com says ” Buyer Beware. You have to own it to suffer how very poor it is. I bought it from HP and got a three year warranty. I am truly feeling cheated! I WILL BE my last HP printer, or product for that matter.”
